Instructions: Fill one editable row per physical box or container. Include brief descriptions, date ranges, quantities, and any restrictions. Preserve original order; do not remove or discard material before HARC reviews it.

Column definitions:
  • Box # — "1 of 45", or "OS-1" for oversized.
  • Contents description — short summary (e.g., "meeting minutes").
  • Date range — inclusive dates (e.g., 1950–1965).
  • Material type — Documents, Photographs, Audio, Slides, Artifacts, etc.
  • Quantity — approximate count (e.g., "15 folders", "~200 photos").
  • Condition — Excellent / Good / Fair / Poor or note specific damage.
  • Special notes — handling, arrangement, digitization needs.
  • Restrictions — "None", or "Closed until 2030", etc.
